This includes $8.6M in unpaid commissions and $26M from Bieber’s canceled “Justice” tour, which Braun’s company, Hybe, covered.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ that Bieber and Braun are nearing a settlement over millions of dollars the singer allegedly owes his former manager.

The fallout began when Bieber accused Braun of mishandling his finances and costing him millions.

However, an independent audit conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) reportedly told a different story, showing that the “Peaches” hitmaker actually owes Braun approximately $8.6 million in unpaid commissions.

Despite the findings, Braun has reportedly chosen to forgive the full amount. However, two major financial issues remain unresolved.

First, Bieber had reportedly received a $40 million advance from AEG for his now-canceled “Justice” tour. When the tour was called off early, AEG demanded $26 million back. Braun’s company, Hybe, covered that cost, with Bieber agreeing to repay the sum over a 10-year period. However, he only made one payment before stopping.

Sources told the news outlet that Hybe is pressing for Bieber to resume repayment of the $26 million.

Additionally, with Hailey Bieber reportedly earning a substantial payout from the sale of her beauty brand, Rhode, insiders claim Bieber is poised to settle his debt.

There’s also reportedly a separate dispute involving $11 million in commissions Braun claims he’s owed over the years, a figure not included in the PwC audit.

However, according to sources, Braun is willing to accept a heavily reduced settlement, described as “pennies on the dollar,” which would represent a win for Bieber.

Meanwhile, Bieber recently caught fans off guard by posting screenshots of what seems to be a private text conversation between himself and an unnamed friend in a now-viral Instagram post.

In the messages, the “Peaches” singer ends his friendship with the person after confronting them over how they responded to his emotional struggles.

“I will never suppress my emotions for someone,” Bieber wrote, per The Blast. “Conflict is part of a relationship. If you don’t like my anger, you don’t like me.”

He continued, “My anger is a response to pain I have been thru [sic]. Asking a traumatized person not to be traumatized is simply mean.”

The other person replied, “I’m not used to someone lashing out at me. It’s not that I don’t see and feel your anger.”

To that, Bieber responded sharply: “Ouch. The friendship is officially over. I will never accept a man calling my anger lashing out.”
